Card data stays out of harm's way
Expensevues is built so there's very little sensitive data to protect in the first place.
How we protect your data- Only the last 4 digits of a card are stored. Never the full number, expiration date or security code.
- Each company's data is kept separate, on its own web address.
- Admins and managers sign in with two-factor authentication.
- Receipt photos are private, and location data is removed from them.
Questions
Do people need to install an app?
No. Expensevues runs in the phone's web browser. People can add it to their home screen so it opens like an app, which also lets it work offline.
Which cards does it work with?
Any company card: American Express, Chase, Citi, Capital One and others. You enter each card's statement closing date and last 4 digits. There's no bank connection to set up.
Can we use our own categories?
Yes. Each company sets its own expense categories and GL codes.
