Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Expensevues, operated by [legal entity name] ("we"). If your company has a separate agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.

Accounts

• Your company's administrators invite people and decide what they can do. They're responsible for keeping that list up to date.
• Keep your password and two-factor device to yourself, and tell your administrator right away if you think someone else has used your account.

Using Expensevues

• Use Expensevues to track your company's business expenses.
• Don't enter full card numbers, expiration dates or security codes. Expensevues stores only the last 4 digits of a card.
• Don't upload protected health information (PHI). Expensevues isn't designed for PHI, and we don't sign business associate agreements at this time.
• Don't try to get into another company's data, test our security without written permission, or overload the service.

Your data

Your company owns the information it puts into Expensevues. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. Administrators can export their data to CSV or Excel at any time.

Availability

We work to keep Expensevues available and back up data every day, but the service is provided "as is". [Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability to be completed by counsel.]
