Each person with a company card is a cardholder. Admins and accounting users without a card are free, and every feature is included at every size.
Introductory offer: free setup, normally $99
1 to 3 cardholders
$9 per cardholder / month
Minimum $20 a month, which covers 1 or 2 cardholders. Or pay yearly: $90 per cardholder.

Every cardholder is $7 once you have 4 or more. For example, 6 cardholders are $42 a month, or $420 a year.

Questions
Who do we pay for?
Each person who has a company card in ExpenseVues, whatever their role. Admins and accounting users without a card are free, so adding your bookkeeper costs nothing.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, $20 a month, which covers 1 or 2 cardholders. From 3 cardholders you just pay the price per cardholder. Enterprise plans have a $70 minimum.
Can we pay yearly?
Yes. Pay for 10 months and get 12: $90 per cardholder a year for 1 to 3 cardholders, or $70 for 4 to 10. The $20 minimum becomes $200 a year.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup is normally $99. As an introductory offer, we're setting up new companies for free.
How do we get started?
Choose your team's size above and send us a few details. We'll set up your company's own address, like acme.expensevues.com, and walk you through adding your cards and inviting your team.
Do we need to connect a bank account?
No. You enter each card's last 4 digits and statement closing date. There's no bank connection and no full card numbers.
Have more than 10 cardholders?
Enterprise starts at $6.50 per cardholder a month. Send us a few details about your card program, and we'll put together a quote.
